On the 16th of May 2023, a hybrid kick-off meeting of a new project was held in Prešov, Slovakia gathering representatives of all 7 partners involved.
During the first meeting, all the partners had a chance to present their organizations, and discuss and clarify project management, task division, dissemination, and deadlines of the project.
It was also the occasion to meet with 2 sign interpreters who helped the group developing a good communication between Deaf and Hearing people.
The IDEAL is divided into five 5 stages: 5 Work Packages:
- WP1 – Project Management
- WP2 – Handbook 4 Adult Educators
- WP3 – Learning Experience to Increase DEaf Adult health Literacy. This Work Package will be led by UZG
- WP4 – Platform
- WP5 – Awareness-Raising and Dissemination
